Paddy founded Biograph Wealth Advisors in August 2009 and directly advises some of Ireland’s leading sports professionals, business executives and medical consultants.

Specialising in event-based planning, he collaborates with clients and their advisors through significant corporate events, including private equity transactions, MBO’s and business sales.

Paddy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (FCA).

He is a Qualified Financial Advisor and also holds a Diploma in Insolvency from Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Paddy has served in Non-Executive Director positions throughout his career and is currently on the Board of Directors of LIA, a leading body for financial advisors in Ireland.

Andrew joined Biograph Wealth Advisors in May 2014. Through Biograph Wealth Advisors he completed his ACCA exams and qualified in 2019. He subsequently completed his APA in Loans. He was appointed Finance Manager in June 2018. In addition, he specialises in mortgage advice for self-employed individuals, professional services executives and medical consultants.

Theresa has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector having started her career in 1996 with EBS Building Society. She has since worked for Bank of Ireland and a number of other firms specialising in financial planning and mortgage advisory services. Theresa is a Qualified Financial Adviser and a Member of the Life Insurance Association and Institute of Bankers in Ireland.

Ciarán is a Tax Partner and Head of Private Clients Service at BDO Ireland. He also leads the BDO Sports Advisory unit. Ciarán has over 35 years experience advising some of Ireland’s leading business owners and sports professionals. Prior to joining BDO, Ciarán worked for the Revenue Commissioners from 1985 until 1990. Ciarán is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and serves on a joint Institute/ Revenue Liaison Committee.

Caroline is one of Ireland’s leading Performance Psychologists with over 17 years of experience working with corporate and sports clients in Ireland and abroad. Caroline has been involved in the backroom teams of Tyrone Footballers, Tipperary Hurlers, Dublin Footballers and most recently, five time All Ireland winners – Limerick Hurlers. Caroline has also worked with Celtic FC and Munster Rugby. Caroline’s areas of expertise include elite performance, leadership development, executive team effectiveness and business performance.

Donal is a qualified Actuary. Starting his career in Irish Life, he ultimately became CEO of Irish Life Corporate Business, leading a significant transformation of the organisation. A stint in consulting followed as Joint MD of Aon Hewitt Ireland. In 2013, he became CEO of Rory McIlroy Inc. Drawing on his professional services experiences, he built what is widely acknowledged as one of the best financial structures in sports representation.
